• Designed and launched the global intranet platform servicing 1500+ iRoboteers including web design, launch collateral, and engagement campaigns
• Collaborating with the project manager and several designers to ensure smooth workflow and deliverables for various cross-functional groups such as Human Resources, Information Technology, and Research & Development exceed expectation before reaching the deadline
• Translating advanced technical concepts into easily understood designs for digital and print publication
• Establishing brand consistency and improving consistency across executive, internal, and corporate materials by producing a variety of templates for use across the organization
• Partnering with the executive team to conceptualize and produce the printed and/or digital annual, high profile Strategy Guide
• Creating intuitive designs across all internal brand campaigns including digital signage, holiday cards, email and intranet campaign
• Liaise with print vendors to determine optimal printing methods and ensure files are packaged appropriately for production
